There will be a junior class meeting during lunch tomorrow in Miss King’s room. We will be discussing class officers and fundraising, so please be there!

There is a Freshman class meeting on Thursday (September 12th) in Mrs. Freeth’s room during high school lunch. We will be discussing class officers and fundraising, so please be there.

Seniors: We will have our first Senior Class Meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11th during lunch in room 117. All seniors are encouraged to attend this meeting. We will be taking nominations for class officers as well as discussing activities to make your senior year the best ever! Don’t forget - tomorrow, during lunch, room 117. Be there!

Arsenic and Old Lace Cast - read through tonight begins at 6pm. Please bring a pencil and a highlighter. There will be pizza! See Mrs. Moren with any questions.

High School Students interested in registering for the upcoming Colgate High School Seminar should check Parent Square for registration information, seminar dates and course offerings. Registration is due by September 16th. Please see Ms. Inman in the Counseling Center if you have any questions or need the registration information.

High School students: Are you thinking about a career in the field of criminal justice? NY State Courts offers an intern-like “Explorers Program” to help students between the ages of 14-17 to learn more about the field. Students must be US citizens, have a 75 average or better and apply by September 19. Stop by the counseling office for a QR code for more info.

There will be a meeting for NHS candidates (not current members) at lunch today. Please go to room 210 at the beginning of lunch for a few quick announcements. See Mrs. Amir with any conflicts, including BOCES, ahead of time.

NHS members: If you would like to nominate a classmate, or yourself, for an officer position, please let Mrs. Amir know today or tomorrow.

On Monday early-evening the JV Boys battled Class Triple A Rome Free Academy and walked away with a 3-1 Win. Jude Page Fagon scored two goals, and Thomas Roy added a goal. Assists were credited to Parker Matson, Eddie Fall and Lucas Morkevicius. Elijah Meyers had a second assist and eight saves in net. JV Boys play again today at home against Cliinton at 4:30PM.

The boys’ varsity soccer team beat RFA last night 1-0 in their home opener. Gavin Hames had the goal for the Knights. Cooper Roy made three saves to secure his second shutout of the season. The team plays at home again tomorrow against Waterville.
