Athletic News:
The Cross Country team hit the ground running (and sweating) at New Hartford this Saturday. The 5k course was less of a race and more of an extreme heat endurance challenge. Matt Berry led the Emerald Knights with a stellar 21st-place finish out of 164 athletes, proving he can run fast even when the sun’s trying to melt his sneakers. On the girls' side, Clare Roller crossed the finish line in 44th place, followed closely by Julia Peck in 46th, and Cora Loranty in 47th place, sticking close together and showing off their new team uniforms in style! Great job, team-let’s keep the momentum going! But hold onto your running shoes because this Wednesday afternoon is the Cross Country Home Meet at the Colgate Trails! It's your chance to cheer on our runners and celebrate our cross-country seniors.
On Friday, JV Volleyball once again defeated Cortland 2-0. Zaida Ostrander had 1 dig, 3 kills, and 5 aces. Cheyanne Bennett had 2 assists, 9 digs, and 6 kills. Everyone pitched in for this victory - good job, ladies!

Their next home game is tomorrow. Drew Baker has a special request that anyone available joins him as part of the Green Mile - he has been carrying the student section solo and is beginning to lose his voice.
