Mr. Coldren’s middle school lessons are cancelled for today

Hey Juniors! This is a friendly reminder that you have until Thursday, March 20th at noon to complete the Google Form published by Mrs. Poyer. This form is used to nominate juniors for college scholarship awards presented at our high school awards ceremony in early June. If you want to be considered for a nomination, you must complete the form by the deadline - no exceptions. Please see Mrs. Poyer if you have any questions. Athletic News:

The Girls Modified basketball team lost to Morrisville last night. Scoring for the team were Ivy Snyder with 7 points, Chloe Gridley with 5 points, Zaida Ostrander with 4 points, Kiley White, Lakoda Sabine, Lila Sharp-Bellinger, and Ally Catania all added a basket, and “I’m on” Fyre Youngs added 1. The ladies ended their season 10-3. Great job ladies! Practice jerseys & uniforms turned in on Monday.

The 7th grade boys basketball team finished their season with a 36-23 win @ Morrisville-Eaton. Thomas Jackson poured in 16 points on some excellent assists from Brent Baker, who scored 8. Owen Mullenax added 4 points, Wes Penoyer 3, Jason Fall 2 and Bentley Britton 1. Brayden Schwarting capped the outstanding 11-3 season with a dynamic lay-up for the team’s final basket.

The 8th grade boys basketball team finished up their season with a win at Morrisville last night 43-30, improving their record to 11-3 on the season. The balanced scoring attack was led by Alex Oney and Alec Toomath, who each had 10. Followed up by Reece Mosher and Nolan Dunlay with 6, Liam Darrow with 5, Julius Smith with 4 and Isaac Alfonso returning to action with 2. You should all be proud of the hard work you put in to improve every day this season. Great job! Stay tuned for information on a banquet in the coming days.

Varsity Girls Basketball will compete for the sectional championship vs Cooperstown at OCC 6:15 pm.
