    • Hamilton Junior-Senior High School named one of US News and World Report's Best High Schools and received the top -- "gold" -- designation.


    • A pair of HCS seniors are among the top scholars in the U.S. as they were named National Merit Scholarship semi-finalists.


    • AP Honor Roll for expanding opportunity and improving performance for AP students. 7 AP courses offered at the secondary level.  


    • NYS 3-8 ELA Test: Percentage of students achieving proficiency or better is consistently well above the State average (+16% in 2018)


    • NYS 3-8 Math Test: Percentage of students achieving proficiency or better is consistently well above the State average (+18% in 2018)


    • Professional Development for Teachers: In the past, HCS teachers have worked with both local and nationally acclaimed staff developers from Columbia Teacher’s College, Katie Wood Ray, Cris Tovani, Ellin Oliver Keene, Kate Roberts, The PEBC, The Buck Institute, Yong Zhao, LitLife, et al.


    • Since 1990 Hamilton’s athletic teams have won: 12 NYS Championships; 20 NYS Regional Championships and 48 NYS Section 3 Championships.
