Students Name
Date of absence(s) or late arrival
Reason for absence or late arrival
Or you can email the above information directly to Heather Vergara at hvergara@hamiltoncentral.org We we check this Voice Mail box and email frequently each day . We hope this method will streamline the process for all involved.
We have also streamlined our phone system options to make it easier for you to reach our offices. When you call HCS this year you will be greeted by our automated system. The initial menu has been setup so that you can be connected to an office/department or a live operator more quickly.
