Mrs. Rowland's 4th grade class
will be a place of respect, where
students treat others the way that they would like to be treated.
It will be a place of safety, security and responsibility
where all are challenged to be the best they can be.
At HCS we . . . Aim High and strive for excellence.
Approach challenges with confidence, optimism and humor.
Have the courage to be open-minded and accepting.
